Exchange and Returns

Gold is priced fresh every day, so our exchange policy is built around the day rate. Please read it carefully before you buy. These terms apply to every purchase, in store or ordered remotely.

The short version

  • Unworn pieces in original condition can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase, with the original receipt.
  • Exchanges are credited at the gold day rate on the day of exchange, not the price you paid. If gold has risen since your purchase, your credit rises with it. If it has fallen, the credit falls too. With prices moving daily, this is the only fair basis, and it applies equally to everyone.
  • Making charges pay for craftsmanship and are never part of exchange or buyback value.
  • We do not give cash refunds on gold. Exchanges are for another piece or store credit.
  • Custom-made, resized, altered, engraved, and heirloom-redesign pieces are final sale.

Conditions for any exchange

  1. The piece must be unworn, undamaged, and unaltered, with original tags and packaging.
  2. You must present the original receipt. Without it we cannot verify the purchase.
  3. The piece is tested and weighed openly in front of you. Stones, pearls, and non-gold fittings are excluded from the gold weight.
  4. Our assessment of purity and net gold weight is final.
  5. One exchange per item. An exchanged piece cannot be exchanged again.
  6. We may ask for valid photo ID for high-value exchanges.

How the exchange credit is calculated

  1. We weigh the net gold content: total weight minus stones, fittings, and non-gold parts.
  2. We test the purity openly and confirm the karat.
  3. Net gold weight multiplied by the day rate for that karat equals your exchange credit.
  4. Choose another piece and pay only the difference plus the making charges on the new piece, or take the credit as store credit valid for 12 months.

Damaged or defective pieces

If your piece arrives damaged, tell us within 48 hours with clear photos and keep all packaging. We will repair it, replace it, or give store credit for its full assessed value. Manufacturing defects discovered later are covered by free repair within 6 months of purchase. Damage from wear, accidents, or alteration is not covered.

Why there are no cash refunds on gold

A cash refund at the purchase price would let anyone speculate on gold at our expense: buy before a price drop and return after it. Valuing every exchange at the day rate keeps things fair in both directions, and it is exactly why we can offer honest day-rate buyback in the first place. Remote and shipped orders

For orders shipped to you, the same 7-day exchange terms apply from the day you receive the piece. The piece must reach us in original, unworn condition with tags and receipt, and return shipping is at your cost. Do not post anything back before we confirm by phone or WhatsApp.

Delivery Timelines

Delivery across Pakistan is limited. Because gold jewellery is a high-value item, we only dispatch orders on 100 percent advance payment, and only to areas where our courier partner is willing to insure and deliver the parcel. Delivery is only possible for low to mid range gold and silver items. High-value bridal and heavy pieces are available for collection in store.

Jewellery Pricing and Custom Nature

Standard exchanges may not apply to some jewellery because no two handmade pieces weigh exactly the same, so the final price will differ by weight.

Our pricing is calculated using current precious metal and gem prices to give you the best possible value. These prices move with the global market, so our retail prices change accordingly. Website prices may change without notice, and you are charged the price listed on the day of purchase.

Cancellations and damaged goods: If you cancel before shipment, no charge is made. If a piece arrives damaged, our damaged-goods terms under Exchange and Returns apply.
