How a custom order works
1. Share your idea. Send us a photo, a sketch, or just a description on WhatsApp. Tell us the occasion, your budget range, and when you need it.
2. Design and quote. We study the design, confirm what is possible in your chosen purity, and give you a clear quote: gold weight at the day rate plus stated making charges. No hidden extras, ever.
3. Your approval. Nothing is cast until you approve the design and the price. A token advance confirms the order and is adjusted against your final bill.
4. Crafting. Our karigars shape, set, and finish your piece by hand. Complex pieces take three to six weeks; we commit to a timeline before you pay anything.
5. Delivery. Collect from our Suha Bazar store, where you can inspect the finished piece, or ask us about insured delivery.
What we love to make
Bridal sets designed around your dress. Engagement rings with a stone you already own. Name pendants, signet rings, and karas. And heirloom redesigns: your mother's bangles melted into a necklace your daughter will wear. If it is gold and it can be dreamed, it can usually be made.
Honest pricing, as always
Custom work is priced exactly like our ready pieces: the gold is weighed and charged at the day rate for its purity, and the making charges reflect the hours of handwork your design needs. We quote both separately, in writing, before we begin.
Frequently asked questions
How long does a custom order take?
Most pieces take three to six weeks from design approval. Bridal sets and highly detailed work can take longer. We commit to a timeline in writing before taking any advance.
Can you make jewellery from a photo I send?
Yes. Send the photo on WhatsApp. We will confirm what is achievable in your chosen purity and quote before any work starts.
Can you redesign my old gold jewellery?
Yes. We melt and rework old gold into new designs, crediting the full assessed gold value of your old piece against the order.
What if I do not like the finished piece?
Because you approve the design and the quote before crafting begins, surprises are rare. If the finished piece differs from the approved design, we make it right.
